Vitamins for teenager

Anyone got recommendations for a good multivitamin for my 14 year old?
She is not good with tablets so preferably liquid or chewable.
She looks so pale & is very tired so prob a wee bit low in Iron, her periods are really heavy & hormones all over the place so just feel she could do with a wee boost.
Thanks.

Bassets do a teen range of chewable shut if she potentially anaemic I'd be taking her to the dr. She probably needs
An iron supplement

If you have concerns re: anaemia then best to book an appointment with her GP for a blood test. Spatone is a fabulous iron supplement if she does end up needing it. Comes in liquid form so you can just add it into a drink - it’s much better absorbed and easier on the body side effects wise than traditional iron supplements. DD was on it after major surgery last year and it made a big difference. As for a multivitamin she is on the chewable Bassetts ones and really likes them. Pomegranate flavour, they’re very tasty!

Boots do a teen chewable.

Thanks for replies. I have managed to get a chewable one with iron, I'll give it a couple of weeks & if she's still the same I'll make a GP appointment.
Think I was quite similar as a teenager.
