I can't decide if I have a really different and highly ammonia smell to my discharge which remains clear or if I'm experiencing slight incontinence and it's urine.
I don't ever feel myself leak or that I need to wee but don't go. Use my period pants more to help control the smell but I don't feel particularly damp. I stay as clean and more so maybe than the rest of the time.
I have no idea if I smell to others but I only smell it when I actually go to the toilet and take my pants down.
This is the third cycle it's occurred. I'm 40 and to my knowledge have no health concerns.
Anyone experienced anything similar ? Is it age related possibly? Or is there something I'm missing from Dr Google other than it is incontinence sue to changing hormones before a bleed.
