Hey there . I'm 7 days late . I'm not pregnant. (Haven't had sex for a few months) anyways I have had the worst pms or possibly pmdd?. Cramps,back ache ,head ache, mood is horrendous, anxiety, crying , waking up at night. Boiling hot then this evening ive been freezing but not ill. Tiny.bit of blood this morning but nothing since. I rang my Dr's but no appointments til they release more.mext Friday.
Can someone talk to me.. I feel.so alone and lost and confused!!
