I’ve had blood spotting on wiping for the last few days and spells when I’ve felt very sore and itchy but it seems to come and go. I’ve only had thrush once before and it was quite obvious externally but this feels more like it’s coming from inside my vagina. It’s very dark watery blood and there’s been weird flecks in it at times. It’s not enough blood to need sanitary protection and my period isn’t due (although they can be erratic but would normally be much heavier than this!). I’m mid 40’s and on HRT patches. No chance of an STD.
it was agony first thing this morning and I was going to head to the chemist at lunchtime but now the burning and itching has subsided so I’m not sure what to do!
