Just a boob spot or would you go to the gp?

I have this spot on my boob, it's not particularly painful and it's come up suddenly. It's where I wear my bras ( I tend to wear bras that are more sporty and not underwired so like a strip of fabric along this bit of my chest ) I'm just wondering if it's worth going to the gp or not? My rational mind is saying it's just a spot , I can see the whitehead on it and I'm sure that's what it is but the tiny anxious part of brain is saying to get it checked out just incase. Not sure if I'm just being stupid or what. I work as a TA in a primary school and there are a few children with mums who currently have breast cancer same Age as me so think that's playing on my mind abit. No clue if I'm just being ridiculous , also I'm sure if I did go the gp might just to be safe want me to be checked and then I'd be even more anxious so yeah any advice is welcome !

I would probably pop it after a bath or shower! Hopefully then it would clear up.

I'm a nurse and that doesn't look sinister at all, looks like a heat spot. Apply some talcum powder after showering as not to chafe on the bra and I reckon it'll go. If it starts to ooze or it gets bigger/worse/pain surrounding the breast or still there in a week then have a quick check with your GP.

Thanks so much! I thought that it would be something like this but will definitely keep an eye on it! Exhausting being a woman!

Give that a squeeze - the relief will be wonderful! I get them a lot.
