My entire medical records from birth?

I hope you are well.

I am in a huge predicament, due to no fault of my own.

Does anyone know how I can get my entire NHS medical records, from my birth until now please?

You can ask your GP for a copy of your medical record for free (if you have not already had a copy). But that will not contain hospital records, just GP records and hospital letters sent to your GP.

Ask the GP.
We had to pay (£50 IIRC) but it had stuff from before I went to that surgery. So a pretty complete record, AFAIK.

Apparently there is an NHS app where you can request your full GP or hospital health records, does anyone know what the app is called so I can download it? Thank you

The nhs app will have your medical history. But in my earlier years it's not very detailed.

Just google NHS app and follow the instructions.

I had to ask my medical practice for a full medical SAR and it contains detailed notes from my birth until now. Hopefully this is enough for me
