Bleeding after birth help please

Hi eveyone

I had my third c scetion 3 weeks and 5 days ago my bleeding stopped around 6 days ago and I was just having the odd but brown or browny orange when wiping yesterday I started red bleeding it wasnt a big amount mostly in toliet and when I wiped but bright red today I've had some browny red when I've had a bm and dew tiny marks on my pad
I have been more active no choice I've a 3 year old and nearly 2 year old 😅 bit worried maybe I've hurt myself inside
Is this still lochia the last two times I didn't get my first period till 6 weeks postpartum
Could it be a period this early without properly stopping lochia
So easy stop wearing pads and have break before my period

It is not something I've personally had but i would ring 111 for advice.

After my c-section I had bleeding on and off for about six weeks. I'd think it was finished and then a couple of days later it'd be heavier again. It got gradually lighter over time but I think it can be normal for it to fluctuate.

That said, if it's really heavy (pad an hour), painful or funny smelling then you need medical attention as it might be a sign of infection.
