I suffer from atopic eczema my whole life so I’m used to various rashes all over my body, but these as soon I put steroid cream on, these rashes all fade or improve.
However I noticed a red mark on my boob yesterday.
I have a scar there in the same area where I had mole removed approximately 20 years ago, this scar is white and almost invisible.
So yesterday when I noticed the red mark I thought maybe eczema or some allergy rash so I put my usual steroid cream.
It didn’t disappear, it’s still there, same red as yesterday.
Now also those two little red dots i believe I had there few years started to bleed.
I added photos.
you can see where the white scar is, it looks for some reason raised and weird.
It also looks more red in real life than it is on the photos.
I had private ultrasound on breast in the end of October, this was normal, however I read IBC develops fast.
Im going away today for a more than a week so I won’t be able to see GP until January.

I have no idea. I don’t think anyone else will either to be honest.

If it was me I’d ignore it for now and see doc when possible again.

@graceinspace999 well I have to do that, keep an eye on it.
I put another steroid cream today on it, this one has a antifungal/ antibiotics in it, it did nothing either.

@Worriednonstop I just wrote this on another similar thread, the rash is slightly different but my experience still might put your mind at rest x:

i had something similar and freaked out about inflammatory breast cancer. Went to see a breast specialist and dermatologist and they both told me it was nothing, prescribed hydrocortisone and it faded after a few weeks. I’ve found little bug bite things too and they’ve faded after a few weeks too. The specialists told me that if it was IBC I’d definitely know about it and it doesn’t look like that, hugely swollen, hot and rock hard were adjectives they used. Try not to panic!
