I have a provisional diagnosis of Adenomyosis and pelvic pain for 2 years. I'm in my late 40s. I've had the mirena coil for 18 months and had the odd light bleed. For the past few months I have all the symptoms of a period and when I wipe there is blood/small clots but nothing goes on the towel. It's as if it just sits internally. Has anyone else had this? X
