Cycles getting longer

Hi

Just a bit of background, i’m 33, I was on the pill for about 10 years until 2020. Late that year I got pregnant quite quickly after coming off the pill and I haven’t been back on it since having my daughter in 2021.

Even before going on the pill I had 30 day cycles, but over the last 2 years my cycles are getting longer and longer.
On average last year they were around 34 day cycles….however this year they’re more like 36-37 day cycles with one last month being 40 days!

I thought it could be stress related and maybe that is the case but after seeing the years side by side they’re definitely getting steadily longer.
Has anyone else experienced this? I don’t really want to go to the doctors as feel like I’ve been there a lot lately over various other things. 😣
