hopefully someone has dealt with something similar. I've been on the depo injection for 6 years, ive not had a period in about 5 and half of those year's the odd bit of spotting here and there but not a full period, I woke up yesterday and have got what only seems to he a period, with cramps, im due my next one in 13 days. Is this normal? To jist get a period after 6 years?
