1 day period?

My periods are usually really regular, I track with natural cycles - they usually go first day of period abit of spotting, then heavy for 2-3 days then light for a day then they end.

However I came on my period a week early this month and it was super heavy, lasted a day and then nothing 😬.

This has never happened before, what could be the cause of this? Has anyone experienced this at all? I'm 29 years old, long term relationship and have a 7 year old.

any chance you could be pregnant? could be implantation bleeding x

My ovulation is all over the place currently for some reason- I'm not actively ttc as that's why I'm tracking my periods on natural cycles, it was really heavy and red. I had implantation with my twins (I lost them last year) and it was pinky and really light.

Can implantation be heavy and red?
