PMS hell

Does anyone have any tips for dealing with PMS rage? every month without fail, I am perimenopausal and it seems to have worsened the last two years.
I am so unpleasant, I feel so angry, I can't cope with any minor inconvenience and am a thoroughly horrible person.
I do tell my dh why I am behaving like this but he does not believe in hormones 🤔.
I am on HRT and whilst it is only 4 days a month I can't stand it. I can feel the stress take over my whole body and snap at everyone.
I guess I could overhaul my diet , reduce UPF maybe, I barely drink alcohol. I do walk loads am really active but don't exercise otherwise.

Does anyone take or do anything they have found helps? I am already on anti depressants so can't take some herbal supplements.

Urgh typed a reply and somehow deleted it! No useful advice but am in the same boat and also came here looking for answers (am also on antidepressants, and possibly? perimenopausal, early 40s)

never used to be so bad but the last year or so I am so unpleasant and feel like life / everything around me is so unpleasant ☹️

I have read B6 is supposed to be good with hormone regulation so I am going to start that, I have also started vitamin d.
My poor dd 16 really suffers up to 2 weeks prior to her period.
The thing is I know it is coming every month, but because I can't help myself I feel so awful. I just hate the person I become.

You tried evening primrose oil?

stop eating dairy

i have definitely noticed if i eat better things aren’t as bad at the end of the month

make sure to track your cycle so you can at least reassure yourself you’re not going mad and things will get better soon
