OUCH! My boobs! OUCH!

I’ve got a very sore breast on the right side, in one particular place. I can’t feel a lump but that side is sore to the touch and when I take my bra off in the evening - OWWW! I’m peri-meno (have been for 2 yrs and taking HRT) but this is the first time I’ve had breast pain. Not sure if it’s just yet another menopause symptom or something else. Googling a million diagrams of breasts has not shed any light on the situation. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks

Go and get checked out by your GP. I have been diagnosed with breast cancer and I had little symptoms other than I felt full and painful
