Has anyone got experience of using the Elvie Trainer for pelvic floor? I've just purchased one and was wondering how long it was ( if you've used one before) it made a difference!?

I’ve no idea about a device but doing pelvic floor exercises 4 x a day should give you results ‘within a month’ was the advice my pelvic floor physio gave me. She was right too.
I was just thinking that it’s so easy to think things aren’t working or making a difference and then give up, and if she hadn’t said a month i probably wouldn’t have continued.

@Lollyl88 just found this thread and am thinking of purchasing. How did you get on with it?

@ohforgoodnessake Tbh it's like most things. You have to make the habit. I have not created the habit. It's something I need to do again so I can't comment on how effective it is I'm afraid!

I got a free kegel trainer app which reminds you to do them and for how long to tense and relax.
I preferred the free app to the Squeezy one that the physio recommended.

You do have to remember to do them, though. I aimed to do one set before I get out of bed in the morning and one set before I go to sleep at night. Then at least one set at some point in the middle of the day. I do keep forgetting, though!

@Lollyl88 @NancyDrawed thank you both, that’s useful. Like many habits, you have to get focussed and persist - easier said than done.
