Hysterectomy . Thigh pains and odour from vagina

Hi I had a full hysterectomy in May . They put me on Hrt patches soon after . My legs started to get stiff and thighs aching . Some days I can barely walk and there is often a fishy odour from below . There has been no check up since the op 7months ago . Anyone know what it could be or had similar issues

You need a proper check up for the fishy odour. Could be BV or could be vaginal atrophy caused by your HRT not being right - you probably need internal oestrogen as well as systemic stuff. That may also account for the thigh pain if it’s muscle related.

I would buy one of the Boots self tests to get a quick answer and then move from there. It does sound like your HRT isn't enough for you.
