I recently had a late miscarriage and my mind has been on overdrive thinking about what caused it.
I just saw a random video online from someone saying spotting before your period is not normal. Is that true? I always thought it was.
I have always spotted 2 days before my period since my mid 20's to now (early 30's)
For other reasons I've been checked and don't have endo, polyps, cysts etc.
Is it true this isn't normal? It said it can indicate low progesterone but I don't have any of the other symptoms and conceived very quickly.
