Endometriosis best tips

Daughter newly diagnosed with this shit show of unbelievable horribleness. May end up murdering any variety of total eejits coming at us with insensitive and uneducated opinion.

Please if you have it or know someone close can I have your best tips for managing it. Any tips welcome: xx thank you.

This is great advice.

For mushrooms they have a high level of glutathione which is anti-inflammatory and some have immune-regulating properties which would be useful in your DD's disease. Again, it's important to get the right one.

Once you know what bacteria is in the endometrium you'll know which mushrooms would work to help kill them off and repopulate with what you do want.

You can try just chucking any old mushrooms at it if you like but speaking from experience with other biome related problems, I've found I've had bad side-effects from supplements that aren't going to directly solve my disease.

the biome is like a massive applecart. if you start feeding the wrong apples with the wrong supplements, you can end up with other problems. It's a big jigsaw. Unfortunately quite complex but well worth the journey. I am slowly getting better. I don't have endo but I do have an inflammatory autoimmune disease with rogue/pathogenic bacteria in two of my biomes.

You're lucky this place above exists because I can't get antibiotics on tap like this for mine which I would certainly consider taking to speed things up and have a clear out!
