Inflammation on smear

Hi there. So I am completely panicking.

Had my smear done today and the nurse said that my cervix looked inflamed so did additional swabs for thrush, BV and stis. I am really panicking that maybe I have cervical cancer and that's why it's inflamed. The smear was actually really painful and I bled which I didn't last time, I also don't remember it hurting last time.

My smear is a little late (2 months or so so nothing massive) and last smear was normal. I have had a baby via C-section since who has some disabilities so I am absolutely terrified that I am going to die and leave her without a mother.

Can someone please reassure me?

I recently had swabs done due to inter menstrual bleeding and the GP referred to my cervix as looking a bit frazzled that bled when she took the swabs. I’ve since seen a gynae and she confirmed I have slight ectropian and it’s nothing to worry about so please don’t let your mind run away with itself. Hopefully all tests will come back clear
