Chances of being pregnant?

So long story short. My periods have always been craazy. I’m 23 and often when I was younger until now miss 2-3 periods at a time and it’s pretty normal. I remember my periods when I was younger being so bad I had to miss days of school as I physically couldn’t attend. Even in the recent years my periods are so heavy I have to physically run to the toilet after lying down or sitting for a long period of over 1 hour as I know I will leak everywhere.

I had my last period in July, and haven’t had one since? I went through a stage of testing for pregnancy as I was SURE that could be the only answer (even though we aren’t trying and use protection). All Negative. I have no signs of pregnancy and have tbh given up even testing at this point as I was stressing myself out so much I was myself go crazy. I’ve done over 6 tests (different brands, different weeks and different times of the day) up until this point and all are negative.

I’ve spoken to my mum and she said hers have also been bad for her whole life and is currently on medication to stabilise them. I have tried to get into my doctors but they’re so bad and never EVER have an appointments going. I’ve been researching into PCOS and it does sound like a potential but I don’t want to self diagnose, I do have headaches very frequently, excessive hair growth and missing/ very irregular periods. I think at this point I’m just that stressed as it’s been so long that I’m even scared to go to the doctors and see what they say, my anxiety right now is so bad because of it. And my anxiety does just heighten when I speak to other friends as their eyes literally widen when I tell them how many periods I’ve missed and it just makes it worse! Any advice in general? Thanks in advance

If your having sex then there's always a chance you could be pregnant however given that you've had numerous negative tests, have an irregular cycle and symptoms indicating somethings not quite right aswell as a family history of gynaecology issues, I think it's more likely you're not pregnant and your missing periods are yet another symptom of whatever it is that's going on with your reproductive system.
My GPs have an online consultation service and I've had more joy with this than trying to ring for an appointment if this is a possibility for you.
