Joint or bone aches?

Hello!
I had a gorgeous baby boy in august. And ever since having him, first of all it was my feet hurt whenever I'd been laying down or woke up, I'd struggle to sort of walk on them!? Anyway the doctor told me it's from all the weight I was carrying when pregnant. A month on from this - now my knees and calf's also hurt ans ache so much after laying down or waking up. I have to hold on to something whilst walking - so it's actually got worse and gone to other places, it goes within 5 minutes but as I'm talking to you now- I'm sitting down but my joints around knees are really hurting as I move them.

Does anyone know what this is or why has is happening?

Thank you
Emma x

I am not remotely medical.
But during pregnancy your ligaments go soft and stretchy and after birth that readjusts.
I wonder if that is what your body is doing, your ligaments are readjusting.
You are still in early days, especially if you are bf, your body is still pretty post natal.

@steppemum ok thank you! I think I panicked as it's getting worse rather than better! Hopefully all sorts itself out soon! I think he was a big baby so I was very heavy! 😣 ha xx
