Spotting between periods

Anyone had similar ?

In logynon so take 21 pills 7 day break period usually starts day 5. ( Been on for years).

Last 3 months started spotting day 15/16 for few days then stops.

This month in day 21 really bad back ache ( all period and labour pains in my back).

Just wondering what is going on!!

I have similar, no contraception or anything like that. Recent smear showed cervical ectroption so theyve said it's probably that. I'm seeing a gynaecologist for a checkup.

I had breakthrough bleeding on a pill I had been on happily for years, a change of pill sorted it. Have a chat with the nurse that does contraceptive appointments.

I've booked an appointment byt not for couple of weeks yet.

What was the outcome?
