Hi, I'm wondering if anyone has had really painful periods after failed IVF?
I had my 2nd failed IVF in May 2023 and every month since my periods have been super painful, so much that I'm actually crying with the pain. I had expected the 1st period after the failed round to be painful but for every month since its been really bad too.
Prior to IVF I don't recall ever experiencing painful periods but I was on contraception for about 16 years so that might've suppressed the pain I assume. I really don't want to have to go on contraception again (obvs trying for a baby) but not sure if this is normal and will stop eventually or it needs investigating maybe...
