Uterine polyp grown back after 3 months ? What would you do ?

Thanks for reading , I’ll try and make it short !
I paid privately at spire hospital to have hysteroscopy to get uterine polyp removed before starting IVF , then they lost my biopsy for 3 months and later found it . ( normally you get results in less than 2 weeks after surgery ) By the time I got the biopsy results 3 months later , the polyp had grown back !
the issue is , I’m going through IVF , and they didn’t want to start until I had the polyp removed and results received , so I waited for 3 months for results and now found out it’s still there , grown back . Should spire refund me for losing my results and giving the polyp enough time to grow back ? If I had the results back in 2 weeks I could have possibly have had a successful ivf cycle prior the polyp growing back ? Who’s at fault here ? Am I being stupid , Please can you share your opionion about this ? Thank you so much to whoever spares a minute to respond , hugs !

I know it’s frustrating but my understanding is that polyps can cause miscarriage. maybe it’s as well there has been a delay, rather than it growing back whilst you were pregnant?
I wouldn’t be happy with them losing the biopsy though, where did it go?! Has there been an investigation and have you been informed of the findings?
I hope you can soon have it removed again and will get to start your cycle before too long. Wishing you success on your IVF journey Flowers
