Are these common with mirena coil?

Had my coil fitted in approx September last year, over last 7-10 days I’ve had dull period like cramps, lots of discharge then on Saturday I had brown spotting. Anyone had similar after being on the coil for over a year? Thanks

It’s unusual bleeding so you need seeing. I had a scan which showed that mine had dropped down.
Can you still feel the strings?
