Breast lumps and bumps

Where to start
I had a lump in my left armpit in 2019 and a lump in left breast 2015 and 2018 all biopsied and fine but still there.

Last month my left armpit lump was hurting more then usual which worried me so I had a feel around my breasts seemed ok but still worried about the armpit .. I carried on daily now digging in my breasts till I found more to worry about .. I feel I have like a ridge/step in my left breast at the top... and in my right in the cleavage area 1 large lump that wiggles and 2 small bean like ones

My left breast has always been bigger then the right but now I'm thinking to much into it

I've dug out all my old hospital letters and see after ultrasound and mammogram I have dense breasts so not sure if it's that

Spoke to doctors and have appointment tomorrow which I worried about and annoyed as had to wait 10 days to be seen I'm so worried it's bad

Hoping you get some reassurance,

So I went to the doctors today and asked for a breast examination which she did, I said I worry about lumps in my breasts she said she can feel what I say are lumps but she's certain it's just breast tissue and nothing to worry about , I said a few times but I feel lumps she smiled and said it all feels normal and she's not concerned.

She asked me questions and said I need to stop digging in to deep when I check and check how she did , obviously she's a pro so I should accept it, she said stop poking about and go back if im still concerned but she felt nothing to worry about .

Hi lovely I completely understand where your coming from I suffer servere health anxiety and I'm forever checking my boobs I've had numerous ultrasound scans and touch wood all ok xx

If I dig around in my breasts I feel all
Kinds of ridges, lumps, sore bits, bumps, ribs, bean shapes etc. I leave them Alone as much as possible now as it just makes me anxious. Just do a quick check with flat fingers every couple of months.

I've recently had a mammogram a couple of weeks ago (routine) and all is well so my weird lumps and bumps are just normal for me.

I'd feel reassured by what your gp said.

My bigger breast is also more lumpy than the other, if that helps at all 😊

Thank you lovely on my ultrasound scans they've always said alot of nodularity breast tissue my most recent scan was about 4 months ago,I'm literally driving myself into dispair with it breaking down crying thinking they've missed something 😔xxx

I went to my GP last week she gave me a thorough examination and assured me there's no lumps just normal breast tissue, I can't feel any actual lumps just bumps and weird wiggly bits if that makes sense , there was another doctor there too who she does surgery with who asked me questions but they both said they are not worried and everything is fine , I'm due on my period any day and the poor boobs are so swollen I can't feel the bumps and wiggly bits unless I press in hard but even then they are barely there , I dunno it does still worry me a bit xx
