Periods stopped?

I’m only 30. For 2 years I’ve had periods that only last 2 days max and are spotting only. I’ve had an ultrasound that was all fine and blood tests that were all fine. Doctors are unconcerned and say it’s my new normal. I’m tearing my hair out because it doesn’t feel normal. What could cause it? What do I do?

Under / over weight.

Medication.

Deficiencies.

Stress.

Thyroid issues - I remember a GP shouting at me in my early 20’s (levo)thyroxine can cause havoc to a woman who has their periods still to the point recently I went back through all my bloods tests hoping and as it would be just something to find an sort of any imbalance.

I haven't had periods since earlier this year, I am also getting symptoms of the perimenopause. I'm going for a second blood test to do further checks and have a follow up with the gyno. I read the covid jabs can cause early menopause and my periods went mental after I had my first dose. I'm 30 also!

I don’t know whether it classes as me having periods or not - I get bleeding every 28 days. I get all the classic pre period symptoms (acne etc) but it is so light. It’s really weird.
