After birth pressure when peeing TMI

Hi,

I have no uti symptoms, I had a natural birth but ended up in theatre for a spinal and forceps delivery including a catheter.

I was then being treated for sepsis so the catheter stayed in for about 18 hours.

Since about day 12 pp whenever I pee there is no pain but at the end of the pee, I get this full pressure sensation in at the top end of my vagina on the urethra area,It feels bruising sensation. It then goes right away. There is no other symptoms.

I had a UTI test and it was clear.

has anyone else experienced

I vaguely remember having this at a similar point but it was 5 years ago in my case so not sure how accurate my memory is! In my case it just gradually subsided. I definitely remember that feeling of pressure & drag almost.
