I was on the pill for many years until Dec 22 when I came off it. Took about 6 months for my cycle to return regularly but it’s now every 4.5weeks with a 2/3 day period.
However I’ve noticed that 2 weeks after my bleed I am exhausted. Completely drained, out of energy and sleepy. This has been consistent the last 3/4 months.
Is this normal/related/random coincidence?
Seems daft to take a GP appointment to ask but it’s making me really fed up now
