1 day fast, tomorrow..
Allowing digestion and body to rest and hopefully gain some mental clarity too.
I personally feel I really need that full body reset.
Thought we could all keep each other going and share how we are getting on!
I've stopped eating for today so next food intake will be Thursday morning with a good breakfast
