Desquamative Inflammatory Vaginitis (DIV)

Has anybody been to see a doctor who specialises in treating this condition?
I feel like I'm getting nowhere with the GP on this one. Beyond thrush and BV, there doesn't appear to be any other reason for inflammatory vaginitis.
I follow Dr Jill Krapf on Instagram and wondering whether there are any doctors here in the UK who follow a similar approach.

Did you have any luck with finding a doctor for this.
I'm having the same frustrations. I'm four years in to symptoms and come to the conclusion this may be my problem. There is no where I can find that does wet mount microscopy and is familiar with this condition.

Any help wpuld be appreciated!
