I feel like all I do is post on here lately ! I had awful food poisoning a few weeks back. I had campylobacter. Anyway thankfully that's gone. I was on antibiotics, and then developed what I thought was thrush ? Tried various thrush remedies, didn't really work but the last few days feel like something is not right down there. Like something niggling/uncomfortable. My 1st though maybe a prolapse. So went to docs today, she done an examination, with a thing (sorry can't spell the proper spelling) that they use in a smear, and she had a Good look and feel. To my suprise she said no prolapse. She made me cough during the exam also. She has done a swab and sent it off. But if not a prolapse what could it be ?

If you’ve had campylobactor in all its glory you may have developed internal piles. Constant diarrhoea will irritate and cause inflammation in the area.

In all its glory and more, never been so violently ill in all my life. Defo have piles now but doc didn't seem too bothered. Do you think that could cause inflammation in the vaginal area ?
