Best gut products (Holland and Barrett specifically)

I want to buy some supplements to help sort out my gut (as well as overhaul my diet. It's been shocking since I moved three weeks ago)! I'm going to Holland and Barrett today and was wondering if anyone has Nany good recommendation from there to help my gut health!

I don't know if this fits with what you're after OP but I used to swear by H&B aloe vera colon cleanse tablets. I just used to take one a day and it would keep me so settled and that clensed feeling. I need to get back on them.
