Should I be concerned about this?

Period usually at very beginning of month. Around July it moved back a week for a few months so was expecting it around the 7th.

Then last month I had pains and cramps from around the 7th like I was about to come on but didn't start bleeding until about the 23rd.

Period finished about the 28th

And now it November 3rd, so just over a week since my period finished and I've got cramps and aching like my period is about to start.

I just seem to have period pain all month round lately

Uterine pain, not ovulation pain.

I'll have these all month now until I bleed

Is it worth going GP or could it just be die to my age?

You could be going into peri but I think having a chat to your GP would be wise, just in case there's anything else amiss.

Even if it is due to your age you shouldn't just have to put up with being in pain all the time!! Definitely see your GP

I've just had a quick look are peri and I don't have any other symptoms listed bar the irregular periods.

I suppose they could follow though.
