I booked my cervical screening recently at my Gp practice with the nurse. They asked if I minded an assessor been in and I said that was fine but after I'm wondered if they are getting a trainee nurse to do it. I find them painful now i am older and wouldn't like someone inexperienced to do it but can't think of any other reason there would be an assessor. Does anyone know?
