Endometriosis pain back

I had an ablation and coil fitted 2 years ago which stopped the horrific bleeding and 90% of the pains.
However, the last 6 months the pains are back with a vengeance. I still don't have periods so not sure what treatment will help this time.
Has anyone had a similar experience?

What does the pain feel like? is it like a burning pain and like a rope is being pulled tight across on lower back?

I have around 5 days of throbbing and cramping pain which then turns into the pain you described, that's usually for 2-3 days, then the throbbing pains return for another 3-4 days.
I'll get a break for around 8 days then the cycle starts again.
