Apologies, aware this isn’t the place for proper medical advice but waiting on an ENT referral and have gotten myself worked up to quite a state and have seen a few MumsNet posts over the years with similar things.
Have a very enlarged (but mobile) lymph node in my neck which the doctor has referred me to ENT for, as blood tests and chest x-ray came back “completely normal”. But have been having difficulty swallowing, loss of appetite, fatigue, ear pain and a hoarse voice. Looked in my mouth with my phone torch and can see what looks like a tonsil growing back(?) but worried it’s something else given all of my symptoms, as there’s a lot of what look to be swollen lymph nodes at the back of my tongue just beside it (on the same side as the swollen lymph node in my neck).
Just wondering if anyone has had anything similar? I know the ENT appt will take weeks to come through and I will be in a state of anxiety until then I think!
