Rash?

Constantly getting rashes like this on my chest all the time!!!!
Anyone know the reasons why?

Do you wear a necklace or spray perfume there? It could be a reaction to either of those. Does it itch?

Otherwise - it looks flat rather than raised, so is it just heat? I also get red and blotchy there when I’m stressed or anxious. I get all sorts of flushing on my skin now I’m in perimenopause, too.
