Has anyone ever seen something similar?

Hey

ive had this little lump under the skin for ages. Seen doctors and they’ve never been bothered about it. Couple years ago it went red and raised out the skin a little and has stayed the same ever since. Starting to wonder if I should get it looked at again. But it’s been so long now!

Spider naevus

I’m not sure cause the lump is pea sized and hard underneath where as they’re usually little spots with it aren’t they?

I'd probably get it checked out even if for reassurance
