Can anyone suggest?

Recently I've been feeling really off, just like something isn't right.

I have been suffering from terrible lower back pain, period like cramps, sore breasts and tummy issues. Since Wednesday, I have been bleeding - but only a small amount of bloody discharge and I have white floating bits in my urine. The cramping and the back pain are almost so bad at times that I can hardly stand up.

For reference, I don't have any health problems, don't have a UTI and have ruled out pregnancy as I am on Evra and tested on three separate days with negative results.

Has anyone else experienced this? I really don't feel myself and my GP has been very little help. And obviously I've been on Google, making myself that little bit more irrational.

Do you have regular periods? Is this the start of one or could it be a phantom period with the spotting and discharge? Have you started any new medications recently as they can cause these symptoms too if they impact your hormones?

prob UTI as the tests are very unreliable

Nothing new, just feeling confused a little. Doesn’t feel like UTI, had two tests both nothing abnormal
