Do I have endo?

Hello everyone,

I just wonder if I have endo or I'm overthinking things...

I tend to have quite bad period pain on day 1 of my period as soon as the bleeding starts, it's manageable with a hot water bottle and pain meds and it then eases off after the first day of bleeding. My periods are fairly heavy, I use super tampons for the first 3 days and then regular for the last 2. I don't tend to bleed through and change roughly every 8 hours. I have no pain at any other time of the month and no pain during sex.

Does this sound normal?

That was just a normal period for me.

That certainly doesn't sound like endometriosis.

Gameofmoans81 · 28/10/2023 20:55

Nope, that sounds normal. Endo is hell on earth believe me!

ChocolateCakeOverspill · 28/10/2023 20:58

What makes you think it is?

Nope it doesn’t sound like endo, it just sounds like a heavy period a

i have endo and I will bleed through a super tampon and a thick towel in less than an hour at times. The pain is literally unbearable to the point I can’t actually get out of bed until the pain killers kick in. I use a tens machine and often the only place I can get any relief and therefore sleep is in a hot bath
