Mini pill (Cerazette) help please

Hi, I'm 43 years old and started taking Cerazette 3 days ago. Last time I took contraception was 2 years ago and was the combined pill.
I very much suffer from tender, swollen boobs from mid cycle onwards so its nothing new to me. But, just in my left breast at the side I'm having a dull, stabbing pain every now and then. It only started last night.

Am I safe to assume this is from Cerazette. My anxiety is pretty bad at the moment so I'm hyper aware of everything. Thanks in advance

Breast tenderness is a really common side effect of the Cerazette pill so try not to worry.

Thanks @homemadepopcorn. It's taken me by surprise as it's just one boob and it's coming in waves :)
