Lumps and groin pain

A few days ago I had a pea sized pimple appear on my labia. Left it alone and it is now gone. Took a couple of days to disappear. It felt like a spot and was tender. Another has appeared and I now have a very tender groin, in the crease between my mons pubis and my leg. All on the same side. Any idea what could be causing this?

Anyone have any ideas? Currently having time sit on my bed with my legs open as it hurts. Quite worried and a long way from home.

Yes, had this while I was pregnant last year. In my case, the pimple I had caused an infected lymph node in my groin and I needed antibiotics to clear it.
