Incontinence sports pants

Can anyone recommend a pair of "incontinence" sports pants?

I do a LOT of sports, and I need to be able to do star jumps, tuck jumps etc...

I can do some, but repeated jumping makes my bladder start to leak! (DS1 was 10lbs and a natural delivery...). I want to feel confident doing all the exercises without leaking as I'm stubborn and don't like asking for an alternative!

I need a pair that are higher waisted as I tried a pair of period style pants but they feel too low down. I also need some that aren't going to give me a wedgy or ride up when running about!

Any suggestions?

Hi - your query of women over 40+ ... my mother is in her 80's and is fine and my bestie has had 5 kids (natural labour) and is fine.

I don't want to hijack the thread again & make this all about me. Agree with PP's that some of us due to circumstances have poor PF.

I have bought the M&S pants so hopefully they'll make me feel more confident jumping in the sports classes! Will let you know how I get on with them!

I've also started the PF exercises too so hopefully i'll start to see an improvement.

I am here to recommend EVB pants. They support the pelvic floor when exercising. Game changer for me as a tie over whilst getting my pelvic floor sorted out.

Another vote for considering puma v modibodi.
However, have you considered seeing a pelvic floor physio?

I have high waisted period pants from M&S they are epic. Come up past my belly button!

Was going to suggest the m and s ones too.

I used them before my hysterectomy, afterwards whilst I recovered and now wear them for running and jumping

High waisted, soft and comfy!

Flowette do good ones.. and have frequent promotions where you get them for 6 pounds a pair , and they are washing well

4 vaginal deliveries and no urinary incontinence here. Slight urgency now I am in my 50s.

can I have the link for the pants please? I’d like some seamless/non VPL incontinence pants.

I got the M&S ones. VERY comfy! Will test them for sport use later in the week!
