I'm just wondering as the NHS website says symptoms are:
~ mild tummy pain
~ breast tenderness
~ bloating
~ loss of appetite

But I get:
~ ovary pain
~ bloating
~ hunger!!!
~ thrush
~ sore throat
~ fatigue

I am 40. Just wondering what it's like for others?

Most cycles I get pain on the side of ovulation for usually half a day to a day, bloating on the day of and the day after, nausea for the couple of days before and after, and diarrhoea as well for a similar amount of time.

A lot of discharge to the point of feeling I’ve wet myself.

Wake up in pain early hours during mid-cycle.

I used to get a twisting weird spasm of retain of fluid feeling down below on waking early morning like wet dreams for boys - gone on for years.

feels like a tight rope is hugging either the tummy or back.

A lot of clear thin discharge in the week leading up to ovulation. I have to wear a pad sometimes. Increased horniness and feeling all lovey dovey towards dh. Quite severe bloating and can pretty much pinpoint when the egg is released due to a sharp, twisty pain on one side. Sometimes need to take paracetamol for this. After that's happened the discharge eases up and I return to my usual, grumpy self with dh 😂

Thank you everyone! I'd been worrying but I guess it's all normal and I'll just abbé to deal with it! I had hormonal issues where all these symptoms were constant bar about a 7 days dotted about over a month!!

I think it's pretty normal OP except maybe the sore throat, that's a weird one as not really connected to ovaries/ hormones?? So I wonder where that's coming from. The rest seem normal to me.

Thank you; I'm glad to hear that! Maybe I get the sore throat as my is a bit rundown due to ovulation. I think that why I get the thrush/urine infections 🧐
