Possible breast cancer.. ?

Woke up feeling the most intense pain in my right breast and under my armpit. Best way I can describe the pain is it feels like my chest is severely bruised... now Im noticing these bright red splotches all over my breast and I'm kind of freaking out. No lumps, and cancer does not run in my family... no recent trauma to my breast either. So not sure where this rash like thing is coming from...

Are you breast feeding OP? That looks like mastitis, or some kind of infection. Any other infection symptoms like fever, chills?

Is it shingles? show it to a pharmacist

I'm not an expert but I doubt breast cancer can come on suddenly like that over night! Could be an infection or something else going on though, so would follow previous advice and get a pharmacist to look today and book a gp appointment tomorrow.

Inflammatory breast cancer can. OP, you need this seen urgently, make an appointment with your GP and do not be fobbed off.

Pretty sure it is not shingles. Please seek urgent medical help. It looks as if it might be mastitis but really needs to be checked by a doctor.

I would definitely get that checked out asap. I'm not sure what it is. I had breast cancer and mine a massive lump appeared overnight (type that grows as a spidersweb). Hopefully its not.

Does it feel warm to the touch also? Definitely get checked out asap!!!

Can you afford a private consultation with a breast consultant?

It's probably an infection so nothing to worry about and you'll get antibiotics and alls well

At least with a private consultation it's quick and you'll get answers quickly
