Stopping desogesterol (mini pill)

As a bit of background, I was diagnosed with endometriosis about 6 months ago, and was prescribed the mini Pill. The first three months were fine, and my painful and heavy periods stopped. Happy days! Then I started losing a small amount of dark brown blood and/or clots every day, which went on for 12 weeks. I then had proper bleeding for about 10 days.
I’m so sick of bleeding all the time. It’s killed my sex life, and slowly my relationship because I don’t want to have sex when I am bleeding, and my partner is not thrilled about this.
So, I stopped taking the pill 3 days ago. Does anyone have any experience of when my periods might return, and what they might be like?
I have a consultant gynae follow up in a month or so, but I’d be grateful for any advice in the meantime.

I have thought about it, but the inability to remove it easily if it has side effects. Plus, I can barely tolerate internal exams, let alone coil placement.

Well, after 13 days of no pill , I think I’ve ovulated, and I feel awful. So tired, like when you have flu.
