Can naproxen & amatraptlin change your periods ?

Been on amatraptlin and naproxan for a few months now due to ongoing back issues

I've noticed since taking them my periods can be a bit delayed and are much lighter - could it be because of the medication I am on ??

I've had a little research and it does say things like anti inflammatory medication can do this but I'm not really sure

I was on a brief course of Naproxen and from new year 23 on Amitriptyline for a back issue for a good 5 months before I sort of slipped off when I should be on Amitrip long term.

Now this was the height of when my periods went wrong with the back - December's missed and then a good 4 months with pinky blood for a few hours. Only using period delay about 5 months ago gave me a good old normal bleed and that's the time I came off Amitriptyline.

My back though is sorted now and Amtrip doesn't do anything for the belly sensation/alleged symptom-less Fibroid.

Yes, I think NSAIDs (of which naproxen is one) can make you bleed less. I know I have been advised to take it before dental procedures to minimise blood loss. Being in pain and on strong meds can also interfere with your cycle both in terms of frequency and heaviness.

Seems both lots of medication could be the cause of my unusual periods! As well as the pain that I have been experiencing as well 😫 which has unfortunately taken a turn for the wore this week!
