Hi
I've googled so much and read so many thread i dont find anyone with my problem. And so i thought to post..maybe someone has ever had such thing?
So .. after c section 6 years ago.. i have almost constant period type cramping.. gps havent been very helpful, just take paracetamol ibuprofen..for years... during pregnancy both kids i have had no such cramps
They suspect maybe endo..maybe adhesions..but i tmakes no sense..am waiting for laporoscopy..

So.. I'm in terrible unbearable pain before periods... but when period comes i feel much better , at the moment even when its flooding through pads i have zero pain... and once its starts trailing off back to being in pain.. terrible ovulation pains aswell.. and so on whole month in pain...

Am giving the mini pill a chance now, but its making me bleed every 2 weeks... which actually is better since i have less pain when actually bleeding..but not good for intimacy...

What on earth can it be? (38yrs)

It sounds very like endo to me - why is it you think that diagnosis makes no sense? If you have adhesions and/or endometrioma on your ovaries, it makes ovulating agony. With mine, I ended up being in pain all the time.

I highly recommend this website for advice on diagnosing and treating endometriosis:

It's good that it is being investigated with the laparoscopy - that's how mine was confirmed.

I hope you can get to the bottom of whatever is wrong and get it treated, @Somerandomgirl - constant pain is no way to live Flowers

@CesareBorgia

Thank you x
it makes no sense Because from what i read endo sufferers have horrible pain during period while mine gets better when I'm on it... but constant through the whole month..
Did yours got better after the laparoscopy?

The laparoscopy was just to diagnose. Sadly I ended up having to have a hysterectomy and oophorectomy because by the time I was diagnosed, my adhesions were so bad that everything was beyond saving. That's why I always urge people to push for a diagnosis and treatment - I spend decades being fobbed off.

In the end, my worst pain was during ovulation, I would be literally doubled up in pain. It always seemed to come on in the early hours of the morning, so I was shattered too.

@CesareBorgia sorry to hear x hope things have improved at least ..
yea i feel worse around ovulation too.. but since starting the mini pill at least not ovulating and without all the sumptoms around it, which i normally get right after period for a week before it happens... its unbelievable pain... but now period every other week, its annoying ... still holding hope maybe the pill will stop the periods aswell as it does for other women but will i be lucky....
