Breast lump found (again!)

Hi all, I’ve found a lump in my breast last night.

I’ve had one in the other breast checked out about 2 years ago and it wasn’t anything to worry about after scans etc.

Also had a breast mouse in the same breast and was confirmed with biopsy. This one feels like a breast mouse again near my nipple.

It’s been alerted to me by pain so I think that’s quite a good sign isn’t it? Shall I leave it a month and see if it goes. It’s quite pea like. Properly hard.

My father has recently died of cancer so I don’t want to panic, as a reaction to this or alert my family as I know they will worry.

Other lumps have been investigated by drs then referred and always been OK thankfully, never with pain.

Don’t want to waste anyone’s time at the GP surgery. They’ve enough to do.

Would a month be enough time to check it’s not hormonal and go?
